NJ4SCGS is committed to providing effective services to students and parents from diverse racial and cultural backgrounds in high need school districts. To achieve goal, we have chosen Evidence-Based Practices (EBP's) that have been independently evaluated and proven to be effective. Our focus is on delivering quality services that meet the needs of our community.

Wyman Teen Outreach Program (TOP)

For 12-17-year-old students! Designed to help you build social-emotional skills, develop a positive sense of self, and make a difference in your community. We offer one group session per week for nine months, but we can tailor the program to offer shorter groups if needed. Join us and let's grow together!

Support for Students Exposed to Trauma (SSET)

This program supports 6th-12th grade students by reducing PTSD and depression symptoms while building resilience. Through 10 sessions, 6-8 students enhance their coping and problem-solving skills.

Student Success Skills

Program is for students in grades 6-12 aimed at enhancing essential life skills for academic and personal achievement. Through interactive workshops and discussions, participants learn time management, goal-setting, effective communication, and problem-solving skills, empowering them to succeed in school and beyond.

The Council for Boys and Young Men

For young men in grades 6-12 explores modern expectations through discussions and activities. Participants can express themselves, build skills, and engage with topics like competition, bullying, diversity, emotions, role models, and decision-making.

The Girls Circle

Girl Circle is a group for girls in grades 6-12, empowering them to build confidence, self-awareness, and healthy relationships. Through discussions and activities, participants explore topics like body image, peer pressure, self-expression, and friendships, in a supportive space.

Good Grief

This group for 11–16-year-old students teaches important communication skills while helping teens understand the dangers of risky behaviors, such as alcohol and drugs. It addresses healthy adolescent development and sexuality.

Keepin It Real

This group for students in grades 6-12, focused on making positive life choices and resisting peer pressure. Through honest discussions and interactive activities, participants build decision-making skills, strengthen self-confidence, and learn how to navigate real-life challenges with integrity and resilience.

Positive Action

Positive Action is a program for students in grades 6-12 designed to promote self-improvement, positive behavior, and emotional well-being. Through engaging activities and discussions, participants learn to develop self-esteem, make responsible decisions, and build healthy relationships by focusing on positive thoughts, actions, and outcomes.
